This week’s yoga session with me will focus on restoring and maintaining our natural immunity for lifelong health, lasting energy and a constitutional strength that enables us to thrive not just survive. Practicing yoga as a daily ritual benefits us on so many levels, from simply giving us the time to stop, return to our awareness, rest and relieve tension, to rinsing out the body’s dark corners and lymph sites, releasing stuck fluids and emotions, enabling immune system cells to circulate freely and inflammation to reduce. Not only that but as we start to feel better, we’re less likely to ruminate on fear and negativity that impacts our immunity, and we raise our vibration past anxiety to levels that support robust health.
