HELEN HOLLAND

With nearly 30 years clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding in many different fields of Physiotherapy Practice including Stroke rehabilitation and management of complex neurological conditions. I have treated those with complex and multiple learning disabilities providing carers with specialist advice around seating and daily programmes to help minimise contractures and other complications. In the last 12 years I have focused on providing oncology patients and those struggling with symptoms relating to life limiting conditions like MND, COPD and cancers specialist advice and treatment to manage their conditions including acupuncture and scar therapy.

I have had years of experience in working with those who are deconditioned due to their diagnoses and I am known for providing a gentle and empathetic approach to exercise and rehabilitation, improving and maximising quality of life. I am passionate about providing a holistic approach and a space for patients to be able to express their concerns and goals to achieve a quality of life that allows them to live as symptom free as possible.
